Natasha Abrahart took her own life in April 2018 on the day she was due to take part in a group presentation at the University of Bristol.

The man, known as Ben, suffered abuse while living at Veilstone House care home between 2010 and 2011.

Contractors were forced to stop work on Armada Way after an injunction was issued.
