Hollie Gazzard's family win fight to get photos of killer removed
The family of Hollie Gazzard, who was stabbed to death by her ex-boyfriend in 2014, have won a campaign to get distressing pictures of her with her killer removed from her Facebook profile.
Pictures of the 20-year-old hairdresser with Asher Maslin were still viewable on her profile until recently, despite earlier attempts to get them removed. However the family confirmed that Facebook has now done this.
Nick Gazzard, Hollie's father, thanked supporters of the campaign and Facebook for "showing compassion".

A song for Hollie, a year after her murder
The words come from the song "Just the way you are" by Bruno Mars but they might as well have been written for Hollie Gazzard, the young hairdresser who was stabbed to death a year ago today.

They were sung at a vigil this evening to remember Hollie. It took place outside the hairdressing salon in Gloucester where the 20-year-old worked - and where she was stabbed to death by her ex-boyfriend.

Service to remember Hollie, one year on
A year ago today Hollie Gazzard was stabbed to death in the hairdressing salon where she worked in Gloucester.
The attack was carried out by her former boyfriend Asher Maslin. He's now been sentenced to a minimum of 18 years in prison.
This evening her family will gather outside the salon where she worked for a service of remembrance.
Her father Nick says hundreds of people are expected to attend.
Since Hollie's death, her family and friends have worked tirelessly to combat domestic abuse. The Home Secretary has issued a statement to mark the anniversary of Hollie's murder.
Hundreds walk in memory of Hollie Gazzard
Hundreds of friends and family of Hollie Gazzard walked from Gloucester to Cheltenham today to raise money for a charity in her name. The 22-year-old died from stab wounds while working at a salon in Gloucester. But today was about celebrating her life. Ken Goodwin reports.

A large crowd have joined the family of Hollie Gazzard in Cheltenham to take part in a remembrance walk. Since her death in February they have have set up a charitable trust in her name, to sponsor the training of young hairdressers and contribute towards the fight against domestic violence.
Remembrance walk 'a day to celebrate Hollie'
Speaking to ITV News the father of Hollie Gazzard said that today's walk is a day to celebrate Hollie and remember the 22 year old. Nicholas Gazzard told Ken Goodwin that although the day would be tinged with sadness they hope to keep it positive as well:
Walk to raise funds for new charitable trust
Her family have set up a charitable trust in her name, to sponsor the training of young hairdressers, and also to contribute towards the fight against domestic violence. Today friends and family will walk from Gloucester to Cheltenham to raise money for the trust.
