Martin Clunes hosts charity fair at his Dorset farm

He's one of the most recognisable faces on ITV - becoming a household name playing Doc Martin. Martin Clunes films the series in the West Country and lives in Dorset.

On Sunday he's be holding his annual charity fair on his own land.
