Queen's Baton comes to Plymouth
The Queen's Commonwealth Games baton passed through Plymouth on its way to the opening event in Glasgow in seven weeks' time.
Dozens of youngsters from local schools were there to see it. As John Andrews reports, it's inspiring many of them to greater things.
Queen's Baton Relay passes through Plymouth
Katie Bradley, 17, and Doaa Shayea, 15, carried the Queen's Baton at the Plymouth Life Centre this morning ahead of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow this summer.
The two young athletes were selected for their contribution to sport. Katie, from the South Hams Tae Kwon Do Club, and Doaa, from the City of Plymouth Athletics Club, were then joined by young athletes from Plymouth.

Queen's baton relay in Plymouth today
The Queen's baton relay will be in Plymouth today on the penultimate leg of its journey to the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. Tom Daley had carried the baton back onto British soil last month. It will now be paraded through the Plymouth life centre.
