Boy band One Direction have been talking about their video shoot on Clevedon Pier.

Boy band One Direction have given their first interview about their video shoot on Clevedon Pier.

The stars caused hysteria amongst fans when they filmed for their music video, "You and I" at the famous landmark in March.

We'll be showing the interview on ITV News West Country at 6pm

Avon and Somerset Police have denied that One Direction will be filming in Shepton Mallet tomorrow.

The boy band have been in Somerset recently - last week in Clevedon where they filmed part of their latest music video on the town's pier.

On Twitter the Avon and Somerset force said rumours that the music stars are planning to be in the region again are untrue.

Clevedon Pier is re-opening to the public after being closed for two days for pop stars One Direction.

Hundreds of fans descended on the town after hearing that Harry Styles and his pals were making a video on the landmark.

The pier's trustees said it was shut to the public due to an exceptional fundraising opportunity.

BREAKING: One Direction have finished filming at Clevedon Pier and have left the sea front after speaking with fans.

One Direction have been in Clevedon today filming their latest music video.

Rumours of the band's visit spread quickly on social media, and dozens of fans came down to the seafront to try and catch a glimpse of them on the Pier.

They're best known for hits like 'What makes you beautiful' and 'best song ever'. They came to fame on ITV's X Factor
