Is this Banksy at work?

A mural which could be a new creation by the grafitti artist Banksy has appeared above a shop in Bristol. And the mystery man has been caught on camera finishing off his work. Nigel Turner examines the evidence and asks an expert if the work really is by the world-famous street artist.

A new graffiti artwork in the style of Banksy has appeared overnight in the artist's home city of Bristol.

The artwork, showing a girl on a swing made from helium balloons, has appeared above an art shop on Park Row in the city centre.
