Cycling tunnels 'dangerous'

Some users of Bath's new cycling tunnels say the route is dangerously crowded and too dark. Two former railway tunnels were reopened at the start of April 2013. They have proved hugely popular with joggers, cyclists and horse-riders, and that is part of the problem.
