Exmoor National Park in need of repairs after floods
It's going to take months to put right flood damage caused to Exmoor National Park. Some paths and bridges have been swept away. The cost of repairs is expected to reach more than a £100,000.
Meanwhile Somerset County Council is preparing to rebuild the historic Tarr Steps after more than half of the clapper bridge was destroyed. Our Somerset Correspondent, David Woodland reports:

The cost of repairing the ancient bridge and surrounding pathways at Tarr Steps will run into thousands of pounds.
Somerset County Council and Exmoor National Park say the landmark on Exmoor has been affected by landslips, fallen trees and erosion from recent flooding.
