Bristol Airport now operating again and drivers warned of icy conditions as snow falls
All flights were suspended at Bristol Airport due to weather conditions.
At 6.15am, the airport has told passengers that flights were been suspended until 7.30am and that further announcements will be made once information is available.
By 8am, all flights were operating again.
Drivers are also being warned to take extra care on the region's roads as icy conditions have been affecting many parts of the West Country.
Snow has been falling in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset as the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for snow and ice, which will remain in place until 10am on Tuesday 7 January.
Gritters have been out on the regions roads, working to keep traffic moving but motorists are being urged to be careful as the weather could make driving conditions treacherous.
There is heavy traffic on the A39 in Somerset after the road became impassable due to the snow.
It's affecting the stretch from Walcombe Lane (Wells) to B3114 Chapel Hill (Green Ore).
The A37 near Shepton Mallet in Somerset is also impassable because of the ice and snow. It's affecting the stretch between Hay Street (Ston Easton) and A361 Charlton Road (Charlton Crossroads, Shepton Mallet).
The Met Office said there will be icy stretches and sleet or snow showers overnight, bringing some disruption, especially to travel.
It will mean there could be some icy patches, particularly on untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.
Flooding has also been causing disruption, following heavy rainfall on Monday 6 January.
Great Western Railway said there was no service on between Liskeard and Looe due to flooding at Sandplace.
