Cornwall police appeal for witnesses after man, 22, dies in crash outside RNAS Culdrose
A 22-year-old man has died following a two-vehicle crash in Cornwall.
The emergency services were notified just after midnight on Saturday 14 December to a report of a collision involving two vehicles on the A3083 near RNAS Culdrose, in Helston.
The driver of a silver Audi S3 hatchback died at the scene. His family have been informed.
Two other people, driving a Vauxhall Astra hatchback, were taken to Treliske Hospital for treatment. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
The police, fire and ambulance services attended the scene and an investigation was conducted by roads policing officers and a forensic collision investigator.
Devon and Cornwall Police is appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or has any information about it, to contact the force on 101 quoting log number 0009 of 14 December.
