M5 traffic: Crash sparks delays on last weekend of school holidays

Traffic is expected to be heavy across the region today as the last weekend of the summer holidays gets underway, with traffic building on the M5 in Somerset.

The M5 northbound, near junction 26 for Wellington, was blocked today (1 September) after a crash and Highways England says traffic 'is not' moving.

Drivers were facing delays of 30 minutes between junction 14 and junction 15 due to heavy congestion.
