Bobbi-Anne McLeod: Man charged with murder after Plymouth teen's disappearance
A man has been charged with murder in relation to the disappearance of Plymouth teenager Bobbi-Anne McLeod.
Cody Ackland, 24 and from the Southway area in Plymouth, will appear at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court today (November 26).
Devon and Cornwall Police said Bobbi-Anne’s family have been informed of the charge and will be supported by specialist officers.
In a statement, the force said: "A 24-year-old man has been charged with murder in connection to the disappearance of 18-year-old Bobbi-Anne McLeod.
"Cody Ackland from the Southway area of Plymouth has been charged with murder and remanded in police custody.
"He is due to appear at Plymouth Magistrates Court on Friday 26 November."
Bobbi-Anne was reported missing after leaving her home in Leigham on November 20.
A body was discovered three days later near Bovisand in South Hams.
