Two charged with murder of 5-week-old boy in South Gloucestershire

Police have charged two people with the murder of a five-week-old baby in South Gloucestershire.

James Dean Clark, 31, and Helen Jeremy, 26, are accused of killing Sean Clark at a house on Neads Drive, Warmley, on 14 January 2018.

They have also been charged with causing or allowing the death of a child.

The pair appeared at Bristol Magistrates' Court on Tuesday 17 November.

No details were revealed during the short hearing and neither defendant entered a plea to the charges against them.

Clark and Jeremy have been remanded in custody and will appear before Bristol Crown Court on Wednesday 18 November.
