It's been a rollercoaster of a year for Molly Hocking from St Ives who won last year's series of The Voice.

Since winning the ITV singing contest Molly has been working on new music and preparing to release her new single.

But the Coronavirus outbreak meant that the release date had to be postponed at the last minute, along with a live performance on this year's The Voice semi-final.

After waiting a year for her career to take off, Molly says it was a real blow.

Molly's single release and her return performance on The Voice is now scheduled for November, when this year's series resumes.

Last month Molly also took to Instagram to share her experiences of coping with anxiety and mental health issues. She says lockdown has made things harder.
