A man in his 20s dies in crash near Nailsworth

Police are investigating after a man in his 20s died following a crash on the A46 in the early hours of this morning.

The incident happened on the A46 Bath Road in Barton End near Nailsworth.

The silver Hyundai Coupe was reported to have left the Road around 3.15am. Emergency services attended.

The driver, a man from Bristol was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin has been informed.

Collision investigators have been at the scene this morning (10 June), but the road has now reopened.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or who has dashcam footage is asked to call police on 101 and quote incident 45 of 10 June.
