Stroud MP Siobhan Baillie has given birth to a baby girl at Gloucestershire Royal hospital, after a late night transfer from Stroud Maternity Unit.
In a tweet posted today (May 22) the Conservative MP said that 'she couldn't thank the two teams enough and that she was excited about being a new mum'.
