A friendly fox has been filmed snacking on a sausage roll outside a hospital in Devon.

The vixen was snapped tucking into the pastry by sisters Kirsty Watson and Sarah Reed outside the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital yesterday (May 12).

They were enjoying their lunch in the sun when they were joined by the curious creature.

In their video, the animal can be seen tentatively approaching the two women before making off with a sausage roll they had placed on the ground nearby.
