Giant NHS tribute appears on Ilfracombe hillside

A giant 50-foot high NHS logo has appeared on a hillside in North Devon.

It is thought the tribute on the side of Capstone Hill in Ilfracombe is the work of council maintenance staff.

Their work is clearly visible from vantage points up to a mile away. It was first seen on Monday (27 April) afternoon.
