Dramatic pictures show scale of Gloucester cannabis factory following police seizure

Dramatic pictures posted by Gloucestershire Police show bin bags full of cannabis plants, following a raid of a cannabis factory in Gloucester.

Officers from the Serious and Organised Crime Operations team are seen standing next to a vehicle loaded with the plants, showing the scale of the seizure.

It took the team several hours to dismantle and empty the large cannabis factory on Friday afternoon (April 17).

The plants have been taken away where they will be destroyed.

The property has been safely secured and returned to the landlord.

A man was arrested but has since been released on bail.

Police say enquires are ongoing to establish the identity of the people behind the cannabis farm.
