Suspected cannabis worth £100,000 found in Paignton shop
Suspected cannabis plants worth more than £100,000 have been found at a former shop in Paignton.
Police made the discovery after raiding the shop, which had previously closed, in Hyde Road on Tuesday (March 3) morning.
Officers from the South Devon Crime and Proactive Policing Team said they found around 300 plants of varying sizes at the premises, which had been grown using lamps, foil-lined and walls.
Five men were arrested in connection with the discovery and have since been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
