Elderly residents in Gloucestershire face losing 'lifeline' Meals on Wheels service
Elderly residents living in the Forest of Dean face losing a lifeline after a Meals on Wheels service which has been supporting them for thirty years ran out of money.
Staff at Age Concern Forest of Dean face losing their jobs in less than a month after the charity trustees said it could no longer to afford to run the service due to a lack of funding.
A fundraising campaign is now underway to try and raise the money needed to fill the funding gap.
During filming, a man - who did not want to be identified - offered to give £2,000 a month in order to keep it going.
