Exeter woman reunited with cat after six years apart

A woman from Exeter has been reunited with her cat after it disappeared six years ago.

Ysella Sims lived in Shere when her cat, Hicks, went missing in June 2014. After she moved 162 miles to Exeter, Hicks went missing.

Years later, the RSPCA Centre in Chobham received a call from a member of the public who'd seen the cat in Shere, Guildford.

They scanned her for a microchip and found an email address for Ysella, realising she must be a missing cat.
