15 fire engines tackle 'major incident' in Exeter
Emergency services have spent most of the day tackling a major fire at a dry cleaners in Exeter.
15 fire engines have been sent to control the blaze at Johnsons the Cleaners on Cowley Bridge Road.
Police have declared it a major incident and properties in the area have been evacuated.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service says it's trying to prevent the blaze reaching adjacent buildings.
Police say no-one has been injured but a cordon is in place and the road has been closed.
Part of a wall has fallen onto a railway line adjacent to the fire. Network Rail has closed the line.
Inspector Lee Groves, of Devon and Cornwall Police, said: "I urge the public to respect the cordons, not to put themselves in harm's way and for nearby residents to keep all doors and windows shut due to the level of smoke."
