Murder investigation launched after woman's body found on Devon farm

A man has been charged with murder after a woman's body was found on a farm in Devon.

Katherine Bevan, 53, died in Gittisham near Honiton on Friday 3 January.

Emergency services were called to the farm at around 10:45pm.

Luigi Palmas, 26, of no fixed abode, has been charged with the murder of the 53-year-old.

He has also been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm in connection with an incident in Exeter on 20 January.
