Taylor Swift is next headliner to be confirmed at Glastonbury 2020

Taylor Swift has announced she is headlining Glastonbury Festival 2020, as it celebrates its 50th anniversary.

The american superstar posted the news on social media, on Sunday 15 December.

She will be headlining on the last day of the festival - Sunday 28 June.

Michael Eavis also revealed the news on the festival's official Twitter page, calling Taylor "one of the biggest stars in the world".

The festival will return to Worthy Farm for its 50th year on Wednesday 24 June 2020.

Paul McCartney and Diana Ross have already been confirmed as stars for next year's event.
