Madness announce West Country woodland concert
Madness have announced they will perform in Gloucestershire next summer.
The gig will be held at Westonbirt Arboretum near Tetbury in June 2020.
The event is part of Forest Live, a series of shows held in natural woodland arenas, promoted by the Forestry Commission.
The ska band best known for 'Our House' and 'It Must Be Love' will perform with the spectacular backdrop of the National Arboretum which is home to more than 2,500 species of trees.
The organisation say money raised from ticket sales, "helps to look after the nation’s forests sustainably, for people to enjoy and wildlife to thrive".
Stereophonics performed at Westonbirt in June 2019.
Other acts including Paloma Faith, Sir Tom Jones and George Ezra have all played at the Arboretum.
The gig will be held on Saturday June 13 2020.
Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday December 13 for £47.00.
