Film shot on Devon beach criticises Boris Johnson’s NHS plans

A video filmed by doctors in Devon criticising Boris Johnson’s NHS plans has gone viral.

Doctors and nurses recorded the film at North Devon’s Saunton Sands last week - and it has since been viewed more than 750,000 times.

The clip starts by showing the team of six wearing their scrubs while raking the sand on the beach.

But as the video continues, drone footage from above reveals Boris Johnson’s face carved into the sand next to the words: “You can’t trust Boris Johnson with our NHS”.

NHS staff rake their message into the beach.

A voice-over explains why the NHS staff have decided to make the film, which is accompanied by the soundtrack ‘I Vow to Thee My Country’.
