Body found in search for missing Devon barber

Police have discovered a male body in the search for missing barber Toby Wright.

On Saturday afternoon [September 7], a man's body was found in a wooded area in the Grampound area of Truro.

Search and rescue teams and the police helicopter have been looking for 43-year-old Toby, from Bovey Tracey in Devon for almost a week.

Toby, the owner of T-Cutz-Barbers, was last seen in Ashburton at around 10am on Tuesday 3 September.

His car was found in a country lane near Grampound in Cornwall on Wednesday night.

His family have been informed of the discovery but formal identification is yet to take place.
