Meet the 10-year-old bringing a skate park to Chippenham

A ten year old boy from Chippenham has made an impassioned speech to councillors pleading for a skate park.

What's even more surprising is that he's been successful and persuaded the councillors to build the park!

Isaac de Berker's emotional words resulted in planning permission being granted. He says he's delighted his efforts paid off and cannot wait to start using it.
