UK Weather Forecast: Mostly dry across the West Country with temperatures cooling
This weekend looks like it'll be mostly dry and fine, with a few showers and a much fresher feel than the last few days.
The West Country is trapped between areas of low pressure, resulting in a quiet spell of weather, but we are tapping into cooler air from the northwest, bringing some relief to the recent heat and humidity.
This evening looks mostly dry with a few remaining showers fading away. Parts of Gloucestershire and Wiltshire may be cloudier with a few spots of rain. More comfortable too with temperatures in the mid-teens.
Saturday then looks like a fine day with plenty of sunshine around. An occasional shower can't be ruled out, and yet again the east of Gloucestershire and Wiltshire could stay a little cloudy and damp.
There will be a northwesterly breeze making the northern coastline a bit cool, and temperatures will reach 21 or 22 degrees.
Sunday looks similar, but into next week there are signs of some changeable weather arriving with outbreaks of rain and brisk winds.
