The closure of a rehabilitation house in Plymouth could lead to an increase in drug deaths, family break-ups, homelessness and children being taken into care, the centre's bosses have warned.

ITV News has been given exclusive access behind the gates of Broadreach House, which went into voluntary administration earlier this week and will close on Friday. Places have been found for all 47 clients who were having treatment there.

Broadreach has been struggling for cashflow for some years. Cuts in drug budgets by the government and local authorities have killed this service. But the staff are dedicated. Despite the fact that they haven't been paid, they are still coming in to support the clients still here.

Top-level meetings have been taking place across Plymouth to try to find a solution. An online crowdfunding campaign has been set up, but the trustees have decided they needed to go into administration to keep some control over what is happening.
