Man dies after being pulled from sea at Prussia Cove

A man had died after he was pulled from the sea off Prussia Cove.

The coastguard took several calls at 12.50 yesterday afternoon from people saying there was a man having difficulty in the water.

The lifeguard brought the man onto the beach at Praa Sands.

He was treated by paramedics but was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are continuing to get in touch with the man's next of Kin.

His death is not being treated as suspicious.
