Doggy day out! Bristol's Ashton Court hosts festival for dogs
Hundreds of dogs and their owners flocked to Bristol's Ashton Court this weekend to celebrate a festival held just for dogs.
The sixth annual DogFest took place on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 June with celebrity guests including Clare Balding and TV Supervet, Professor Noel Fitzpatrick.
Members of the public were invited to bring their four-legged friends along to the festival to take part in the various activities on offer.
There were large breed meet-ups for some pooches including Dachshunds, Boxers, Staffies, Cockapoos and Labradors.
It was an opportunity for owners to meet up and swap tips, while grabbing the perfect shot for Instagram.
Another new feature at Ashton Court this year was the celebrity look-a-likey competition.
Dogs that resemble well-known figures could compete in the Hound Hangout for the title of best look-a-like.
