A cat stuck on a railway bridge for six days has finally returned to her Saltash home.

Hatty went missing two weeks ago and was eventually discovered on a bridge nearby.

Crews from Cornwall Fire and Rescue and RSPCA inspectors were called in to try and lure the feline off the Brunel Bridge but were unsuccessful.

Her owner said she was "shocked and elated" to find the cat had returned home of her own accord later the same day.
