Yeovil Town takeover off following relegation
Yeovil Town Football Club will no longer be bought out by an American investor following the team's relegation to the National League.
The club confirmed on Wednesday 8 May that Rob Couhig, who runs a legal firm in the United States, had withdrawn his bid to take over the club from current chairman John Fry.
The 69-year-old investor previously owned the New Orleans Zephrys baseball team.
In a statement, the club said:

The club added that Interim Manager Neale Marmon has left the club with immediate effect.
Sports commentator Chris Spittles said on social media on Tuesday 7 May that Marmon could be returning to Germany.
The club said it continues its search for a new First Team Manager.
