Liberal Democrats gain nine seats to take control of North Devon Council

Liberal Democrats gained nine seats to take control of North Devon Council.

The council was previously held by the Conservatives, in coalition with the South Molton Independents.

There is still a vacant seat on the council which could see it return to 'No overall control'.
