Devon and Cornwall Police have released CCTV footage of a knife-point robbery in Combe Martin.

The masked offender came into the Central Convenience Stores on Thursday 14 February between 9.40pm and 9.50pm.

He then threatened the cashier with a knife before demanding cash from the till and pouches of tobacco.

Police now hope the footage will help identify the knife-wielding robber who left the cashier at the Cross Street outlet very shaken.

The offender was wearing a black balaclava and had a hood up. He is described as white, around 6ft 1-2ins tall, of thin build with very thin legs.

He was wearing grey Adidas tracksuit bottoms with white stripes, grey footwear, a blue hooded coat and black gloves. Officers say the offender also walked in a distinctive pigeon-toe fashion.
