The RAF's Tornado jets have completed their farewell tour with a fly over Bristol.

The famous fleet, which will retire from official service at the end of March, will make a series of farewell flights across the UK this week.

They started their tour yesterday (February 19) at Cottesmore, and will finish tomorrow (February 21) at RAF Lossiemouth.

They flew over Bristol today before making their way to MOD Shrivenham.

Dozens of residents in Filton and Abbey Wood, in the north of the city, witnessed the jets fly over.

Since entering service back in 1979, the jets have been used in operations across the world, including more recently in Syria and Iraq.
