Wandering wallaby spotted in Wiltshire

Wallabies are usually spotted in the outback of Australia, the greenery of Wiltshire isn't their typical choice of abode.

Well it's no wonder then why a commuter in Brinkworth near Somerford Common had a bit of a surprise yesterday morning (February 15) when a wallaby decided to pop out of the hedges and say 'Hello'.

Danielle Mewis was driving to work just before 8am when she spotted the animal crossing the road.

But remarkably this wasn't it's first appearance, Danielle says she saw the wallaby in the same location last Summer.
