Gloucestershire police officer taken to hospital after vehicle fails to stop
A police officer has suffered leg injuries after a car failed to stop in Brockworth near Gloucester.
Three police cars and another vehicle were involved in the incident which happened at around around 4am today (10 December).
The vehicle was later found abandoned, and officers are now searching to trace the offenders who are believed to have fled.
A police officer was taken to hospital for treatment for his injuries and has since been discharged.
Boverton Drive, Court Road and Moorfield Road were closed following the incident but have now reopened.
Gloucestershire Police say they'd like "to thank the local community for their patience while police were at the scene for a number of hours this morning".
