Somerset cricket legend Marcus Trescothick has swapped his bat for a bike as he sets off a five-day cycling challenge.

The 42-year-old will pedal 70 miles a day to Cornwall, stopping at schools and cricket clubs along the way.

Starting in Keynsham this morning (8th October) he's due to finish on Friday at the harbour in St Austell.

The bike ride is in aid of Children's Hospice South West and forms part of the batsman's testimonial year.
