University cleaner feels like a 'trillionaire' after crowdfunded trip to Jamaica

A Bristol University cleaner who was given the trip of a life time by students say it made him feel 'like a trillionaire'.

More than 200 people donated £1,500 to a JustGiving page to send Herman Gordon on holiday to Jamaica.

The much-loved cleaner also used the trip to celebrate his 23rd anniversary with wife Denise.

Herman has been a cleaner at the university for 12 years and students are extremely fond of him and his "friendly high fives".

The page didn't take long to raise £1,500 which was handed to Herman in £50 notes. He said he had never seen so much money.
