Wheelchair basketball isn't a sport we often hear a lot about but one athlete from Devon says she believes that is set to change.

Jude Hamer, who grew up in Exeter, was part of the Great Britain team who recently secured their best ever results at the World Championships in Germany.

The men won Gold and the women took Silver.

The 27-year-old was born with one leg longer than the other.

After she had surgery to amputate one of her limbs she was introduced to the sport by her PE teacher.

Jude hopes many more people will be watching as British Wheelchair Basketball take on the challenges of becoming Paralympic champions at Tokyo 2020.
