Popular music festival in Cornwall cancelled as hosts go into administration
This year's Looe Music Festival has been cancelled after the host charity went into administration.
The sold-out event was due to take place over three days from the 21 September.
Organisers announced the news on social media, disappointing hundreds of ticket holders.
Looe Mayor, Cllr Armand Toms, spoke on behalf of the town and said everyone is, 'deeply shocked and saddened' by the news.
The Mayor is asking ticket holders, residents, businesses and performers to allow organisers a few days of 'breathing space' so they can come up with a 'Plan B'.
