Man lands dream job on St Michael's Mount

The team running one of Cornwall's most famous attractions have hired a new member of staff after a worldwide search.

More than 350 people applied for the job on St Michael's Mount after it was widely shared on social media.

Successful applicant Richard James now has a new job with a unique commute.

30 people live on St Michael's Mount, with around 350,000 people a year visiting the castle.

Richard says working on the Mount is "very very enjoyable and I'm pleased to be here".
