Plymouth's biggest hoarder says he is happy living a messy life
A pensioner from Plymouth has told ITV News he is happy about his two decades of hoarding, despite it being being classified as a mental disorder by the World Health Organisation.
Experts say there are more than a million hoarders in the UK and hope the latest classification will make it easier to to get help when it's needed.
But 69-year-old Arthur Watson, whose house is filled with objects and artefacts he has collected over many years, says he doesn't feel like he has an illness.
The charity Hoarding UK says awareness of the condition is improving, but is calling on the Government to allocate more money to treating sufferers.
