Do you know someone who deserves a Pride Of Britain award?

Fundraising is not for the faint-hearted so it's time to say thank you to those who spend their time and effort helping charities and good causes here in the West Country.

ITV is once again supporting and broadcasting the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards in partnership with TSB and we're after your nominations for 2018 West Country Fundraiser of the Year.

Last year, the winners were John Wilkins from Clevedon who raised thousands of pounds for Bristol Children's Hospital and Matt Way from Newquay who fundraised money through the Joe Way Paddle for Life event after his son died at the age of four.

Our regional winner and their guest will join the winners from the 16 other ITV nations and regions at the Pride of Britain Awards in London in October - when one of them will be named the national Pride of Britain Fundraiser.

If you know someone who deserves that title, you can nominate them by going to itv.com/prideofbritain or you can also find nomination forms in selected TSB branches or the Daily Mirror newspaper.

Nominations close at 23:59 on Friday 31st of August 2018.
