Two men left with broken jaw and nose after assault in Dartmouth
A holidaymaker has been left with a broken jaw and another with a broken nose after they were assaulted while on a golfing holiday.
It happened on Market Street in Dartmouth between 11pm on Friday 6 July and 12.15am on Saturday 7 July.
The two men were involved in a minor fight at a bar. They were then followed outside and violently attacked by a group of men they didn't know.
A 54-year-old grandfather of four was punched in the face giving him a broken nose. His 28-year-old son suffered a broken jaw and required hospital treatment.
Police are appealing for witnesses and are calling for anyone with information to come forward.
