A pair of orphan badger twins have been saved from starvation after they lost contact with their mother.

The two badgers were found 24 hours apart in the Dartmoor area at an entrance of a badger sett.

Staff at Secret World Wildlife Rescue in East Huntspill, Somerset are currently caring for the pair after they were found by a member of the public last week.

They were found crying and calling for their mother.
