Plymouth library to hold Christmas Day film show
Plymouth’s Central Library will open on Christmas Day to welcome anyone who may be on their own and would like some company.
Plymouth City Council says there will be free mince pies, tea and coffee along with a festive film show.
The library computers will also be available for anyone who wants to keep in touch with family or friends.
Councillor Glenn Jordan, Cabinet Member for Culture, says it is important to consider people who may not have somewhere to go at Christmas.
The library on Armada Way will be open from 1.30pm until 4pm on Christmas Day.
You can find the full list of Christmas opening times on the Council's website.
